I was wondering what the insides of the metal powerball look like. Is there a plastic support band, or is that all metal too? Could you please provide pictures of the inside like you do with the regular power ball. Thank you very much.

The Metal 350Hz has plastic "washers" on the inside track, which the rotor axle roll along. Metal on metal wouldn't work I gather.
