Finally i create a topic on my little records ...
Currently my records are :
250 Hz :
Speed : 13 161 rpm (R) / 12 596 rpm (L)
30/90s : 5953/16252 (B, grip)
Dual : 12398 + 12990 = 25388
UPC : 5654 + 9665 + 12839 + 12939 = 41097
My strenght records is already on the scoreboard and my dual record too soon.
I don't want to show videos for the moment :p
I'll try to make records on the metal later, i'm focusing on the speed 250Hz !
I hope my english is comprehensible ^^

I began in October the 5th :) Less than two month ago :D
I did a 5-days rest (after some difficulties to hit 13k again) and my new record (13 161) has come yesterday :)
I'll make new videos in speed/30/90 and i'll post it here :)

these last days i have some difficulties to get good speed rscore whereas my strenght score is better than never ... but i'm a bit worried for my speed :s
Today i was thinking of my lost level (few 13k since my first 13k and my little injury :() and of akis's record, i have done a little powerball session (1/2h) and when i was dreaming of my come back at good level (and not to a record) the record appears !

no video because it was very very unexpected ...
I smashed my record by 150/200 rpm (13 161 -> 13 331) and it was the only 13k of the session O_O ....
if anyone can explain that to me xD

Congrats Ryuka..., things like that happen a lot to me too. FOr example, today after doing a little of weight lifting, I picked up My Powerball and in the 4 try, appear a 13.720...:confused: :rolleyes: , I was very surprissed, because I didn't wurm up. Don't worry, that is normal... (sometimes appear better score when We don't spect it)

I was stuck in 5959 for some time (30s) :D
No record for a week, not even good scores (juste a few 13k+) and i don't understand why :(
moreover my new pro amber don't want to be faster than 12k5 whereas i did 13k+ on the other at the same moment ... and i have done 3 sessions with it but that's the same :(
Don't worry Ryuka, a New powerball will be slow the first session. Indeed my faster Powerball, the 3-4 first session was like 400 rpm less (now 400 rpm more:) )
Keep spinning, all of us have bad momment too(anyway over 13k is not a bad score;) )

:D I think that your csores are quite good.:D If you can get 13k+ and your highest is 13.3k it means that you aren't too far away;)
As for the new ball it needs to be used a bit more to produce satisfacting results;) :D

i haven't posted for a long time.
I stopped powerballing during December-January, and after one or 2 weeks of come back, i made some new records.
Now my speed record is 13 436 (today :D), and my left speed 12 886.
6084 in 30s too.

My goals hu .... 13k5 right speed, 13k left, 6k2 30s, and maybe 17k in 90s one day ... xD
But i want to do 13k5 as soon as possible !

i haven't post for months ...
I've been back for 10 day in powerballing, and these 2 last days i broke my record 2 times : 13 436 (february) -> 13502 -> 13 642 (yesterday)
More than 200 rpm in 2 days :p ...
And also 16 838 in 90s grip :p
Currently i'm recovering (specially my hands xD) and tuesday i'll try to break my record again ... i'll go there to let you know ... :p

6k in 30sec?? Wow, great job! You've got alot of endurance to average more than 12k for that long. Nice 13k's too.
Ok, I can;t help it. Could explain what (grip) means? I assume its some different technique, but haven't seen it defined anywhere...
hum i'm not very good in english but i'll try to explain ...
grip tech means that you hold the pb in your hands all the time, and that you do the hand-change quickly enough ...... (hu not very correct :s)
you have to oppose grip tech to ed tech, which means to let the rotor spin after one acceleration ... (watch Akis 90s or Guicheteau Thomas, you'd see the difference http://www.powerballs.com/scoreboard.php?m=Scoreboards&div=mens.90s :) )
Of course it's more difficult to do record with grip tech ...

I have been powerballing for a month now, after a break of 6 months because of a tendonitis : (
my score are increasing little by little, but i'm happy enough with my 2hour-session today

I find it weird that i'm doing 13k4 ou 13k6, i mean there's 200 rpm between ... Maybe i have some skill difficulties ....

No thats my awesome (cough, snigger) 90's score. Or a typing error. Since about sunday :P. I just thought "I know! i'll find a rival and boost my scores" Hope it works.

I've started while chatting on MSN, and i wasn't very carefully to scores ...
Then i deciced to start, with a 30s and a little pause :

and after ... 13895 !!! oh my god :D +159 rpm in 2 days :D i'm so happy !

Hum i don't remember exactly ...
I spinned between October 07 and February 08, from 0 to something like 13k5 ... and then Mai 08 to June 08 13k5->13k7
Then i stoped again and i've just retrained last month (December 08) to now, 13k7 -> 14k !
I think i must have been at 13k from December 07 to January 09, with huge pause, but like 5 active months ! :)

Great scores there!! Much as I like to get a record, I far prefer it when I get lots of scores very close to my record. Shows you are "in the zone", and if you stick with it you'll hit a Hot Mode soon and shoot up another few hundred revs. :)

Hey that is really good 30s score. Your speed would be back soon don't worry. My speed suddenly went down - I can score no more than 14,1k these days. I wait for good days too :D
That' some nice scores there, with your speed and 30s I think 18k should be doable soon. Nice to see a gripper as well:)
