its unoffical idea I've came up with, do the same thing with UPC only that you CAN use Ed's tech, but the catch is you cannot rest, but can switch hands (I thought of without switching but people will get even lower scores)
the final score should be calculated as an avarage so the people with the higher scores will get even higher chance to keep their position...
as in (5000+9500+14200+12300)/4 = 10250 (and its just an example :D)
I thought of calling it UPCBS (as in, burst+switch...)

Good Luck All,
Ill start working on it myself.

Ron

Okay, so as soon as the 30s run finishes, you note down the score and put it into 60s mode and then keep going, yes?

Interesting...basically a 3-minute endurance with a speed run at the end. Would be easier to just do two 90s runs so you only have to note down two scores before the speed score.

exactly but the 30's and 60's will make you work harder to increase your avarage so it will sum up that your energy will end up sooner than expected...
Its also for the people that are stronger at speed but weaker at endurance, so they can boost up at 30's and get really great scores and eventually will come up with their weakest type which is the 90's... im considering all the consenquences :)
try it and youll find the difference :D

4644+9205+13073+10743/4=9416.25 =]

my first try... im feeling my hands are buffed up :D

sorry, not interested in burst technique :D

And thinking about it more, I really don't see the point in saying you don't have a rest, but you still do 30s, then 60s then 90s. It's just three constant minutes of Ed-Tech and then a speed run. :o

yes yes...
listen for the whole "no rest" thingy, the idea is that you waste the most of your powers getting an high 30's score, with no rest youll continue to the 60's with few energy loss, then youll continue to the 90's and eventually youll finish with the least energy for the speed run, so thats why Ive asked it from the beginning just for the avarage :D
I could say that youll start without switching hands and no burst tec, but thats how youll gain pretty redicolous scores =\

Hi ronasor:D
I've been trying to master the Ed-Tech but i can't and my scores are lower than the ones where i hold the ball normally:o

know what? Ill change the rules, it will be like this, while doing a 30's run to your right hand (well doesnt matter which one you start , assumed to be your strong hand) do 30's, no switch hands and no eduardo then after your finished go to your left hand and do 30's (with no rest) when your finished return to your right hand and do 60's then return to your left and do 60's then 90's right 90's left and speed right , left.
sum up the score and let us see it :), the idea of this trick is to work straight on your endurance and your capabilities of holding the ball as much as you can under the highest speed you can, also it will test bouth of your hands and thats what will make the difference :)
good luck, I hope this idea is better used than my last one :P

That sounds like an absolute killer!!!

I'll give it a try... ;)

(P.S. Will need to rest for at least a few seconds between each run to write the score down I think!)

This is an insane idea. As Tim sent, you would need a little gap inbetween to write down the scores though.

That really is insane but won't stop some of us trying it! Thats 360 seconds or 6 minutes of constant powerballing! Ouch?! :D

That's how i do my UPCs so that i can have both hands exercised/warmed up ready for 90s;) These days my score varied from 77k to 81k.:o :) Last session got : 40721+38957=79678:)

Well as I'm currently leading the UPC Scoreboard I thought it only fitting to get this one off to a start...give people something to aim for! :p

I scored 91901, but you know, I only closed and didn't save the notepad file where I was typing the scores down between each run!! :rolleyes: IIRC, it was something like;

5658 + 5636 + 10567 + 10635 + 15997 + 16000 + 14196 + 13212 = 91901

I know those last four scores are definitely correct at least. (Intereseting that my LH, (I started with my right), was quicker over 60s and 90s, but my speed let me down...I nearly fell over, taking my telescope with me!! :o )
