I don't think he has a magic secret except for consistent training, we were well paced keeping pushing each other until I started backing off from training, it's just about consistency and time :) Great work leg51, keep it up! I will try and get up near to you soon, training begins again :)

Hopefully next week I'll get a new record. I think I'll get a 15.3K score next week and maybe a 15.4K, I certainly won't get as high a score as you though, that was just a massive increase.

Wow, that's amazing. You've been making constant improvements for ages, but they've always been quite gentle improvements...this is a definite hot-mode. From 15.3k to 15.6k is incredible, very well done in moving into the world number 4 position. But you're still only 121 revs ahead of me in 90s...I'm sure you can do WAY more than that...19.5k Gripper should be easy for you! ;)

Yesterday I'm a small meeting to resume quietly, motivation back gently, quite happy with my scores, but they are not exceptional plastic a series of small 15k with up to 15089! but I'm especially happy with my little metal series, with a max 12903 and several 12k8 +, not very far from my record!

For almost 2 years as I have said I have a bad back that keeps me from making serious sessions. They'll put a line of electrodes (8 in all) in the back (under the skin) connected to a pacemaker (his graft in the buttocks) who envies electric current, which should cover the sensation of pain. Fingers crossed and hope I can do my retrour in 15K5 + as before. During all time is, even though I have not much involved, especially frustration, the forum, I have every seen and I'm really happy with the progress of all, and even more qques element that really all torn. Hi all, I commend my stock a day, already several powerball 250 hz and also have ordered a raptor, I have to find more than a phantom. If you have a good plan for this one I'm interested, I have a big budget aps, but I take all categories after surgery (remember the first operation on November 10 and the second round of 20)

It will really have to take strong, because there are no high score all that easy to beat, hoping to find the support;)

Hi all, this morning I'm happy, I made some started to see if my Powerballs were not too rusty and at the same time. I'm pretty happy with the results since I did not real warm and not endurance (which helps me to rise in general), here is the result:

250Hz right speed: 14,700 all round with several 14k6 +

Raptor speed: 17,902

phantom speed: 12,835

sail I hope not to hurt, I would see it cools. I'm just frustrated at not being able to do more and longer, but still a good bit of patience.

was launched a few evenings after a 30s on each hand (250 hz and 5251 5820) I was very surprised to make a heavy metal ... 12 873 followed by 12708. I'm pretty happy launched in a few 250Hz but I have not managed to do better than 14,514. In raptor I have not passed either the 17752. A small session but really happy with my score heavy metal. Strongly that the dressings and staples are no longer there.

I did not do a lot of endurance before today, especially a lot of heavy metal (my hands still crying) I did 2 x 90s plastic grip and a metal 90s ed tech. before my speed records 250Hz, really at the end of session and more, and with open powerball new for this session:). I hope to rebuild a good score in endurance as well, but good must redo my hands of the "horn" and then only I could take;) I have answered your questions?

i dont understand why someone would do 90s one handed when he usually ends up with his hands wayyyyy to tired :confused:
one handed 60's seems to be the best option for me because they are both tiring but they dont destroy your hands

my 90s are in general (as today) has two hands, but the advantage of doing a hand that it becomes stronger and more durable and therefore more efficient when we do not ask more than 60s or less:)

That's a great record! It puts you on the second place. I think this UPC will gain you more performance next time and maybe you'll hit 15.8k or even 16k! Who knows...
