Why won't you answer nay of my emails???
Its getting a joke now. i have sent about 5 over the last 3 weeks????

We receive many emails each day and try to address each one within a maximum of 48hrs (most are answered within 12 hrs but sometimes we get backlogged and it can take longer)
In the odd event that we miss a customers first mail or don't answer it promptly, we will usually make it a priority to reply immediately to a second mail that originates from the same address.
I can assure you that there has never been a case where we have missed more than two mails (and certainly not 5!)
Because of the very high amount of spam and viruse mail that arrives to our mail servers each day, we have a pretty aggressive filter looking over all inbound mail. This has been pretty well educated over the past 4 months that [this current version] has been in place and so it doesn't usually eat up proper Powerball related correspondence. From time to time, we will also comb through it just in case one or two have been sucked in.
In truth, while we may have missed one or two (in the event that your correspondence wasn't allowed through), I am going to be very surprised to learn that it (or we!) missed 5 and so I really don't know what to tell you.
Please forward a copy of this mail to rory@powerballs.com and also send a post to the forum indicating what time you have sent this to us at - at least I can then specifically go and look to see where it might be among the hundreds of (stupid!) spam mails if I know roughly what time it came in and can retrieve it accordingly if it is in there.
