Powerball techno Score Reading Fault

I have finally mastered how to read the score on my powerball techno.

But have found that when trying for a high score it doesn't display score, have got it up to 11,800rpm, and have tried to beat that, the lights flicker some random patterns and thin letters that make no sense then all lights go off and to get them back on the ball has to be brought to a complete stop and started again

Please help me as i can't get my highscore

i have the same problem as well. it seems like a problem that's prevalent in all techno powerballs. For me, I just go to my other powerball, if i want to go higher, let's say 14000 rpm.

I have the same problem with mine. But, I found out that if after hitting a score, if I let the powerball slow down a bit before trying to read the score, it works some times, I've been able to get 14159. It's bad that the score can't be saved :(
