Well, since im using the techno for awhile it seems that I cant reach the 11k anymore, even not the 10k... hardly with 9.3k
Ive feared that Ill loose my gripping technique which happened, no matter what I do I cant hold the ball right as I used to be, when also im trying to make a highscore the area between my pinky and the wrists hurt badly,
ive tried cleaning my hands and ball but its no good.
im taking a rest for couple of days, I think its my third or fourth right now, Ive used it again today but still no difference...
Any tips for curing off the pains?

Do you spin inward? (Clockwise LH or Counter-Clockwise RH?)

lh ccw, but though its not about the direction its somthing else, im feeling i totally lost it like my rh which used to do much more then 10k, avg at 9.7k right now.. somthing isnt sitting very firmly making me loose my tighted grip too soon than im used to.

I see, I asked because when I spin lh ccw or rh cw I get muscule cramps on the outside muscules of my hands.

HI ronasor,
I think resting till you have completely recovered is essential. Rest for a few days and then i'm sure you'll be better.
And who knows maybe you'll get a new record then.;)

Its better now im speeding back up to the 10k with no problem's... the rotor also needs a clean but im quite lazy cleaning the tracks and getting the ball back to its regular shape again... mybe ill do it on the next week..
Also... is cleaning the tracks with ethanol is okay? because im doing it alot and I get the best cleaning result out of it... the tracks actually shines after it... (of course I wash it later on...)

Hey Ronasor,

Its not crucial to shine the tracks, but the most important thing is to make sure the track is free of debris. If you want to polish the tracks with 2000 Grit sand paper it wouldn't hurt, but just make sure the inside is free of debris.

Pure ethanol shouldn't be a problem as it will evaporate without leaving a residue. Some have other things which will and make them a little "greasy". You don't want really shiny tracks as there will not be enough friction they just need to be smooth
