I'm a rock climber, and got a powerball mainly because I dislike Gyms and because it's fun :).

I was wondering if anyone knew a few excercises to gain strenght on the tendons. I've been using the technique described on the website (the one were you grab de powerball with the tip of your fingers), but I feel I'm only strenghtening my thumb.

Any ideas?

(Sorry for my poor english, hope everybody understands =D)

Best thing for tendon/ligament strength is supermaximal negatives...but use with a high degree of caution!!!!!;) :)
Powerballing will condition but not strengthen .;) :)

Correct me if i'm wrong but it's when you get a really heavy weight and lower it down as slow as you can then get someone to help you get it back up. I think.

That's it! It's just using a force greater than your max on the eccentric part of a movement.:)
