buy loads of what?...
but i want to focus the training on the biceps because eventually the biceps and the forearms will become uneven...
(btw... youtube is dead?)
was referring to buy loads of powerballs [to get lots and lots of weight] and then use them as weights... ... i guess my humor is lost of a few people :(
well comparing my english humor to hebrew... i can say its dead :).
and i can say 47$ is quite "expensive" in my country... u know... stock market and all...
if the dollar wasnt so high i probably had about 20 pb's right now :D
Dollar High? ow dear.. the Dollar is Dropping like Wild fire compared to the Pound Sterling... well it was the last time i looked.. but.. well, I'm lazy. :)
I don't think you need to worry about unevenly training your arm, the powerball works the whole arm right up to the shoulder. Of course there are certain areas such as the forearm which are worked harder but powerballing uses your whole arm all the time. However if you want to put more strain on the bicep during a run hold the ball up at about head height in front of you and turn your hand so that your palm is facing you. That should give your bicep more of a workout.
Other than that, use weights if you want to really train individual muscles for size, power etc.

Yes, I was going to say that. When you Powerball like this you'll see your bicep twitching as it's worked. However, you can also hold your arm in the bicep curl position, but then twist your wrist so that your palm is facing sideways or even away from you, and this will also work the bicep.
However, if you REALLY want to work your biceps then curling heavy weights would probably be more beneficial.
(And I understood your joke, WORMSS! ;) )

Adrena1in is absolutely right. Because the biceps are made of two muscle bellies you should train them both to get the best result.
That means bending your elbow to 90 degrees and powerballing with your palm upwards and also with your palm downwards.
(BTW Tim, doing it with your palm sideways works a muscle called Brachioradialis - the one that pops up near your bicep but runs along your forearm. :p)

well it does drops like crazy fire against the pund sterlin... but it rising like hot air baloon against the Shekel...
each dollar now worth ~4.3 shekel... so imagine the pain..
