but seriously, I think just spinning the powerball in any way or by varying your spin direction and arm position you will strengthen your whole arm over time. Which, I am sure, will help you out with your golf performance :)

I'm sure there are other people on this forum who play golf though and they may have some more specific advice for you.

Powerball will certainly help imrove arm strength and grip, it has for me.

But, you might want to look at improving core stability, balance and flexibility also to improve your game.

If you are member at a gym the instructors there can help design a program for you.

Or, there are often articles on golfing exercises in many golf magazines.

It all depends on your natural shot shape. If you are a slicer ie your shots go left to right (for a right hander), then just spin your powerball and have fun. The ball will increase your wrist action and should help you close the club face at impact. It also helps teach you how to maintain a firm grip on an object while allowing the wrist to move.

If you are a Hooker (Expect One-eye to reply with something rude!), then your shots will go right to left (For a right hander). This means you are probably overactive with your hands. I would spin the ball and then try hard to control the "wobble" during slow down, then spin it up again and control the slowdown etc.
This should teach you control of your hands.

If you hit it straight then you are a god and don't change anything. Just enjoy the holy grail that I've been after for the last 5 years.

cheers i usually hit my shot down the middle of the fairway but on some occasions ive drifted way to the right lol.
