Cubital Tunnel

Hey everyone, I see on that the PB is good for carpal tunnel, but I was wondering if anyone knew how it was for cubital tunnel. I was considering purchasing, but would like to know if it will help at all being cubital tunnel is a bit different (outside of hand, not inside).

Cubital tunnel syndrome is caused by the ulnar nerve becoming tight and bound at the elbow. It can cause pain or numbness in the little finger and sometimes the ring finger too.

Ultimately, the nerve will not be helped by powerballing. The best thing is to get some stretches taught to you by a physio and if that doesn't work, and it is really affecting your life, there is an operation that can be done.

Having said that, powerballing is not going to hurt you and it is damn good fun. I just can't pretend it will be the answer to your problem.

No kidding, I was just waiting for him to reply. :p Well if it won't hurt your condition, I would definitely consider getting a powerball for a multitude of reasons. :)

I just wanted to thank you guys for the info. It usually only acts up when I'm typing for a while, which is rare. I had seen this website a while ago, and started thinking about it again.
I'll get one anyways, they sound pretty fun!! :D I'll drop a line if it seems to help too - never know what power the mind can have!

Plus Powerball worksout the whole arm, and can strenghtn fingers, so its a good investment! if you dont like it (very unlikey HI HI!) then just pass it on to family or friends! and if you do like it, let them try it and make them buy one!
