Good morning ladies and gentlemen!

Just a short note regarding the scoreboards.

In future, if you do notice duplicates and/or errors or omissions on the scoreboard or minileagues can you please send a PM to:

Scoreboards > Adrenal1n (http://www.powerballs.com/forum/private.php?do=newpm&u=14)
Minileagues > Philip (http://www.powerballs.com/forum/private.php?do=newpm&u=1824)

It will make things a little easier for us here and won't 'clog' the forum.

Thanks!

Thought I give my opinion about the 90s scoreboard. Why is Akis there in 2 slots??

If he can have 2 slots there, why not others? Moreover, the ranking gets totally erroneous, everyone drops 1 place. MAybe Akis should choose which score he wants put there, and an admin can put a remark besides the scoreboard just to tell the other score...

The other solution is to put 2 scoreboards, like Adrenal1n suggested... though it will be visually more complicated to check them.

I did originally remove Akis's 20082, but I think it was decided to just leave both his there, as an indicator of the extra revs that can potentially be achieved with the Ed-Tech.

I believe Enda is currently working on a solution to split the scoreboard in two, dividing the Ed-Tech scores from the Grip-Tech scores. (This wil probably just apply for the high scores where video evidence is required, so that it's up to us to determine the technique, rather than asking entrants to specify their technique...that could just be awkward.)

If this does happen then everyone can submit two scores if they want to, without those near the bottom disappearing out of the scoreboard.

Yes, I agree with Obi on this one.

I understand Akis has two records but don't put them both on the scoreboard. Fair enough it shows the two techniques very well but you can link them somewhere else without giving Akis two positions and shunting everyone below down a place. If one person can submit two scores to the scoreboards then why can't everyone.

Akis' two records were put in place purely to demonstrate the significant difference between the two techniques currently employed on the scoreboard, and secondly to prove that there is a very marked advantage for those using the Burst technique.

I hadn't taken into account the fact that everyone else's ranking will drop, but will rectify this in the morning until I get a more permanent scoreboard in place.

Regards

Cheers Rob, (quite a little gathering Jarkko, me and you are making...I think we should get our fingers out and start scalping some of those ETs!)

I've altered the video link as it was wrong, but it's not working for me. However, it could be that my machine at work simply won't let me load up the video.

Could someone try it please and let me know.

Ta.

Thanks Hawky, names with accents and "funny" characters often slip through...will have to see if Enda can set the Scoreboards to handle all those characters.

There might be a few women in the Top 1000 actually, as some posted there before there was a Ladies League.

Today i appear on the world scoreboard:D. Im on 938 position:D, but in date of my record is error. Missing month of my record.
My record is write like this: 01//08, but should be rather: 01/08/08.

Maybe someone could correct this mistake?

Thanks Dogen, looks like you had submitted it as being on the 1st of September, rather than the 1st of August, and whoever approved it didn't spot this...probably me! :o

All correct now. Well done on getting onto the scoreboards, but I want to see you way up, higher than the halfway spot. Go go go!! :D
