Our grandson, Corey, got his 250Hz Pro S 'Screamer' Powerball for his birthday on April 10th and has been keeping track of his scores ever since. I mark down his improvements over here and his parents mark it for him at home.

I got a call yesterday from him and his father that he beat his old score of 7480 that he got here a few weeks ago. He now has a new high score of 7959  ...not too shabby for an 8 year old that just gets to spin it a half hour a day...at most. (dang, I only have a high score of 12552) :o

His dad said he would probably spin it to exhaustion if left to himself and only lets him spin it when he (talks mom into it) is around. The lil' fella' is a happy camper for sure. Of course, now his sights are set on 8000. :D

Awesome!! I'd have loved to have one when I was that age. I know a 10 yr old who I've let use it occasionally, he got over 10,000rpm once.

Very nice score for an 8 year old.

My son is still only 7 and has managed just over 6k, but he only gets to spin when I see him at weekends or occasionally in the week.

I may get him his own Powerball for Christmas this year.

Your son will love it, if he's anything like this lil' guy. :D

Corey has to think about what else he got for his birthday...the Powerball was his highlight. He even finger-starts it now and gets on his dad about having to use the string.
