i was wondering if 5422 was a good score on the muscle endurance setting.. what have other people got??

I got 5485 on 30 seconds, which is an average of nearly 11k rpm. And my arm felt like it was made of wood for a good 10 minutes after. But is would be nice if the timer beeped at the end.
