I have now overcome any grip problems I once had. Simply hold the ball and then get a friend to tape it to your hand. Go round and round a good few times with the sticky tape and you will never let go.

That would be nice if one of the purposes of the powerball was to exercise your grip. You'd miss out on an entire section of a workout right?

Yes but it is still good to see how high you can get in terms of RPM. For many people they may have the technique in the forearm to go faster but not in their grip strength. Plus, I may be wrong here but your grip strength comes from your lower arm so if the tape allows you to go faster you will build up your lower arm quicker and in turn your grip will improve meaning you will not need to CHEAT anymore
