Keep it gong Chris, you'll probably see your scores rising rapidly. Enjoy it while it lasts, because the faster you get the slower the progression! :o

Like Adrena1in says, you should see some rapid and encouraging progress on your scores in the first few weeks as your technique developes.

That's why I bought a powerball, because a have a weak left wrist from a bad break, I really shouldn't be doing high speed runs with it at all, I just can't help myself. :rolleyes:

Another day, 2 new records, 1 more blister...:rolleyes:

I had loads in the 12k's today, I'm a happy boy, 13k really doesn't feel that far off. :)

Day 11 of powerballing, massive move on for my left hand:D, plus consistant scores in the middle 12k's right hand.

Current records stand at:

RH=12630
LH=11200 (up nearly 1k!!!)

Good day for balling, another bad day for the hands...:p

Not too much happened in the last month, though I have put it down for 2/3 weeks to let my hands properly recover, set new records today both left and right hands... :D

Getting close! Hopefully you don't run into a rut like I have with my LH reverse, its stuck at 11964... :o

Here are my first attempts at endurance runs, will probably change quite a bit in the next couple of weeks... All scores first attempts with 2-3 minute breaks between... just wanted to get some scores on the board! :D

Endurance Runs - Grip Technique

30s rh only = 5087
30s lh only = 4871
30s bh = 5320

60s rh only = 9755
60s lh only = 9182
60s bh = 10582

90s rh only = 14752
90s lh only = 13561 (thought my arm was going to explode!!)
90s bh = thumb blister burst, stopped (guesstimate 15400)
