I've been playing with the powerball for about a month now. Here are a few suggestions I have for the next generation counter...
1) Beep when the current high score is broken.
2) Possibly beep once every 1000 RPM, so you'll start it up and it will sound like "be-be-be-be-be. beep... beep.......beep...........beep.
Audio queues is the key :)

I agree, there is a lot for us to do in the future...the good news is that there is always development on the splendid spheres and such functionality is always under consideration - thank you, Paul
