I love the PB but refuse to accept that there is anything safe about using a PB while driving. Come on this must be a wind up driving and using a PB is just not the done thing so don't even condone it, that's just being irresponsible and will eventually result in loss of life.

I could only see one time you could do this "safely" at all. In the middle of a stonking traffic jam where no-one was moving for a while. Other than that, it sounds like a quite a physical effort and distraction.
