I've been using the powerball for about a month. On my first go of the PB I got 10,759 with my right hand, and 8,943 with my left. What this proved to me was my imbalance with my arms, since then I haven't even turned on the counter, and use the PB about an hour and a half a day. Two things I've noticed are: the wrist tendon trouble I've had from tennis is a lot less trouble, and, my overall fitness and weight seem to be improving. In the forum I have not noticed much comment outside, "how fast can I go", I probably won't ever turn the counter on again. What's most interesting to me is the overall benefit to my fitness, and reduction in my weight, there's an increase in the size of my forearms, which has been mentioned before.

I've now had my powerball for 3 and a bit months. This is the best exercise device that I've ever heard of, apart from legs. The strength in my arms has increased markedly, and the wrist trouble is all but gone. I now run along the beach with it, which gives a total workout (I think).
