Hi All,
Another benefit of Powerballing is that if you follow the forum, you can be inspired to do even better in Powerballing from watching some of the super-great Powerballers like Jez reach new heights and new records.
His recent new records have definitely been inspiring, and his newest record of 15898 can only make an improving Powerballer stop and take notice.
Watching some of the videos from the top Powerballer such as Jez can enlighten you day and inspire you to beat your own records. These are some of the greatest times in the history of Powerballing, yet they are only just the beginning.
We are literally at the dawn of watching some spectacular feats in age the of Powerballing as more get to 15k and another will soon hit 16k. A miracle is about to happen, so keeping up-to-date with this forum is definitely a benefit to any Powerballer seeking the treasures of speed within! :)
Keep spinning everyone!
Always Powerballing,
Duane Cash
These forums are definately a big benifit of powerballing, especially if you put a thread in the "User Scores" forum. Everyone congratulates you and encourages you to do better, it's such a great community you guys have here!
Duane, I've been meaning to ask you, in your pic thinggy (that comes up when you post, sorry, i dont know what it's called!) it's a picture of a counter saying 16437 as the max RPM.. Isn't Akis's record 16317? Did you break the world record and i missed it? :o

Hi Ollie,
I got that score back in December but sadly the run was not on video - so the debate has siding with "counter glitch" until I repeat and get it on video. See this thread for the original post:

Nevertheless, I've been chasing the technique ever since and have narrowed the gap significantly, and I would say that I'm almost there again. It's currently T-minus 787 rpm to reaching that goal.
Hopefully, I'll have a different picture soon to replace that one. Miracles do happen. ;)

That is very unlucky Duane, but I will always consider you world champ :D

P.S. Yesterday I broke the 10k barrier-visit my scores thread.

Thanks arrankenny,
Now I will push even harder in the coming weeks to edge closer to a similar historical score. Thanks for the inspiration - it's always helpful.
Great news about your 10k barrier-breaking score, arrankenny. I remember telling you a week or so ago that in a week or so you should be hitting 10k. You are right on track, my friend! :)
Great increases in speed are in your near future. Just be sure to experiment a little with your grip every once in a while. Change the position of the ball slightly in your palm, hold on tight, and see what happens. You might find a "sweet spot". ;)

Thanks for the advice!
You'll get there in the end and sit on that world-champ throne :p

Great point Duane. Without these forums I would be stuck way back in the dark ages with just one 250hz, and probably wouldnt be even past 13k. :D
