I bought my powerball in a shop in Belgium. The counter stopped working after about 20 minutes. The shop didn't have any counters in stock. After an e-mail to RPM Sports (Rory) I received a new counter (for free) within 2 days!
I guarantee you guys that none of the promises made at this site is a lie! The service offered is fantastic!
