View Full Version : Another benefit from Powerballs

There are many benefits to Powerballs but I've just found a really cool one for the Signature Series. They make absolutely fantastic panoramic torches for wandering around the house in the middle of the night.

I'm serious. Rather than buy a torch that uses batteries and emits a non spectacular yellow light in one direction, buy a Signature Series Powerball. It's a thousand times better I promise. It really can light up the whole room with a lovely white light. If you want to go to the bog or nip downstairs for a snack at 1am it's perfect. Give it a quick flick and you're off. It's really smooth and quiet too so it don't wake up the old folks either.

Awesome! Thanks RPM sports. :)

Another thing I've found, as geeky as it is, i can never see when i go round the back of the comp to plug a webcam in or whatever and the siggy just lights it up easy enough! Love it :)

I woke my parents up when I walked around the house once with a Neon at about 1.30am. :p They didn't see the funny side though. ;)

If I picked up a Poerball at 1am in the morning the only league I would have a chance in is the death by wife league:D

A Screamer after 8:30 pm or so qualifies me for the death by wife league. ;) :D

I could almost imagine that you have considered searching for a new wife - one whom can turn off her hearing aid when you are powerballing frantically in the early hours - or all hours for that matter! :p

I love my wife. I can't imagine it any other way. I just know that she wouldn't enjoy the sound of a Screamer at night so I wouldn't dare find out if I even qualified for that league. :)

My wife, Thongphet, has tried the Powerball here and there too! She's #89 in the Ladies League. (Much too her surprise). She doesn't try it too often. :)

I mainly Powerball when I'm back at my parent's house and not with my g/f.

I don't use my screamer late either out of courtesy to my parents, but they were alive during the Second World War and remember the sound of air raid sirens......

:p;):D

Sorry, no offence intended when I "suggested" you look for a new wife. :o
