View Full Version : Finally broke 10k!!!
YEA! Fianlly broke 10k with my bad hand today! Also I got 10,798 with my good hand. I wanted to reach 11k but i guess i will try that later as am starting to get a blister on my pinky:(
Ive only been powerballing for about 2 months. And my scores have went from 7000 to almost 11k. If i can keep this up i hope to break 12k within the next month or so. That would make me soo happy!
Keep it going mate, your going strong, 10k with your weaker hand is such a relief, big congrats, and keep busting out them records, 12k by the 18/5/07 Thats your aim !!! you can do it.

Nice one, Dav657, I remember getting 10,000 with my weaker hand (left) and it felt like a much bigger achievement to get past the 9's into 5-figure territory :)
You'll be in the 12's before you know it :cool:
Good work, keep spinning and you'll pass the big milestones before you know it.

I found some Magic Gear growing on the front lawn after a heavy dew. I could have sworn it was a regular mushroom:rolleyes:

That is good going considering you have a bad/injured hand that can do 10k.
I cannot for the life of me get any decent coordination going with my left hand even though it has never been damaged or hurt.
I think my best left hand score is about mid 8kish before i loose coordination & it starts slapping around or changing direction lol.

Just keep at it and practice, you will eventually start to make increases and you never know it may become stronger than your right, it happened to me and a number of others and for Duane it worked the other way round.
Practice practice practice......it will come just don't rush it;)
Top score though:) but in a couple of months you will be so so much higher

Good to see someone else getting around the 10k mark, i thought I was the only one :p I havent done any official recording of the difference between my left and right hands but i do see a slightly different technique. It seems some days i think my left hand is actually better than my right. I find it easier to spin once the ball has got to a decent speed because then the ball pretty much tells you how it wants you to spin it and you just have to increase the speed. I do have problems spinning with my left hand sometimes at really low revs (anything below 2k, i.e. when i'm starting it up) but my co-ordination is getting better. I havent seen a remarkable difference between the speeds of my two hands, maybe 200rpm or so. Anyway, Dav674, you'll smash 11k in no time by the looks of it, you're already dangrously close with almost 10.8k!!
