I've read all of the "Questions & Answers," I've read through the forum, but I can't get the stupid thing to work. All of my friends just pick it up and *poof*, they're sitting there for 15 minutes at a time saying "Well, it's just hard to explain..."

Can ANYONE here help me with this? In words? Please?

The trick really **** in holding your arm while your wrist does the spinning. This seems to be the best technique. Also, concentrate on getting in synch with the rythm of the gyro, try tracing wide but slow circles with your hand and you should feel how the PB slowly starts to kick in. Hope it helps. ;)

ok, ill give it a try:
First if all thread the starter cord around the rotor (im assuming u know how to) then once u have a little remaining stop and give it a real tug (like it says in the instructions) and pull it down and out of the rotor as fast as possible. Then as soon as possible after start rotating your wrist, not your arm (it helps to hold your forearm with your other hand to get this technique as mentioned somewhere else on here). Your wrist movements should be in a circular motion and not too fast (if you hear clunking sounds your wrist is going faster than the rotor is going so you need to slow down. You should then feel it as you begin to rotate your wrist at the correct speed, it will feel as though the rotor has "gripped" into your movements. Then you must gradually (this is important to avoid more clunking) speed up your wrist movements and make the circle of movement smaller to increase the speed. Soon your wrist should appear to be hardly moving but the rotor will be rotating very fast.
Good Luck! Hope it helps
