I received my powerball this morning tried it out for about 15-20 mins in total over 5 or 6 times. I sit at a computer all day and usually by 3:00 my wrists are on fire, not today, it's 4:00 nothing yet not evern any swelling. Is it fluke....mind over matter.....or does it work that fast? Am i crazy or do my forearms feel unbelievably tight STILL at this piont, feels like I've double my muscle support around the wrists, they don't feel so fragile, what ever the answer is, I'm quite anxious to see what result I will accomplish over the next 2 weeks or so. I brought it home at lunch and I've been sitting here for the last 2 hours craving it. My wrists have limited my living over the last 5 years or so. I think I've finally found the solution. Better then what my doctor has done to date!!! Great invention. The Powerball should be a must for ALL chiropractors and therapist to have on sight.
