Lol good idea scores always come after breaks :) Allowing your muscles to rest is really important and them blisters take a lifetime to go :o

Lets hope it works. It should do as we al know how important a day or 2 break is. He was hitting 11.7 quite alot but couldn't push oevr it, i reckon 12K will happen when i give the balls back.
As Matt has no self control I have taken his ball home with me after our powerball session so he can't use it till i give it back.
The cold turkey approach the PBall addiction... I have heard it can cause extreme anxiety, restless dreams that involves a lot of bed spinning and a continuous high pitched ghostlike "wee wee" sound that only you can hear...:p

That's a bit harsh. Bite his thumb, Matt!!
I think endurance is the key when speed hits a wall, up to the 14000 range, where endurance doesn't always help and a rest is better.

I don't think my grip has got noticeably stronger, but I can usually keep the Metal going to quite a nice speed now without SurGrip. However, definitely need it for those top speeds.

Well after a good session with Tst managed to break a few records yay :)...i also managed to burst a rather impressive blister on my right pinkie so think that might need a day or two of rest lol:
350 hz:
RH: 10872 (really happy almost at 11k)
LH: 10099 (hadn't been doing much with my left so pleased i broke 10k)
250hz:
RH: Was consitently getting about 12,4xx might need to concentrate a bit less on the metal :P
LH: 11538 :)
Well done matt, having one of the fastest Powerballers in the country coaching you is obviously paying off. ;):D

Matt really does have the potential to hit much bigger scores, i'm fairly convinced of that. I love it when I go to his and he breaks records.

I had a really good callous going on my right pinkie I'd put many hours into it then on Friday night the bloody thing just ripped off dam dirty
