Once you get your neons fixed, you should be able to raise those scores a bit after working with the metal.

Will be taking a Powerball with me to my next lan, i30, over the Easter weekend.

Pwnage and alcohol and a massive curry on Saturday night after getting wiped out in the tournie coz you were too hungover to play properly FTW!!!

Marigold is a brand of rubber glove normally used during washing up and other cleaning type activities.

Ahhh that explains everything!
I'm quite inexperienced with those, but I've seen people using them :D

I thought there maybe was some new way of enhancing your grip that I was not aware of ;)

I've tried to use those rubber gloves but to me they are more a hinderance than assitance. Especially with my left hand, the ball keeps spinning against it if I am not carefull.

Saw it yesterday... Can you imagine what would have happened it was not the tip of the glove, but the tip of his finger that got caught in that metal...

Would probably change the name of the clip from Hungry Powerball to Revenge of the Bloody Powerball...:cool:

I've been quite fortunate, caught the skin of my palms in a metal at speed a few times now.

Hurts a bit, but I have fairly tough skin on my hands so managed to get away without a blood blister or ripped skin.

i recall one time it bit my at 10000 rpms +-.. it hurts like HELL!!!1

Managed to break some records with my repaired balls on Saturday 26 May whilst outdoors camping!

13,380 (RH) was the best I accomplished but I was breaking 13k for fun - it felt like I had slightly changed my technique on Friday without realising it, so I guess that it showed in my speed improvements.

I find it weird you can achieve a higher score on your neon opposed to your pro :rolleyes:

Pete, the fact that he made it on a neon is probably just a coincidence, if he would have been using a 250hz in that same run, the score might have been higher.
