Thought id make my own thread.

I havn't recorded any of the dates i did them, but my records have been as following

As you can see, i normally only make very small jumps. :)

Left hand stands at 13012 at the moment.

60s I dont really bother with for some reason.

The 90s is quite good actually for non Ed Tech.

Hot mode today produced a new left hand record - 13243

Best i got on my right hand was 13972

Didnt do any endurance - my right hand was getting ripped to shreds during the session lol.

Great scores Alastair, when you can try to do a few dual runs and keep both hands moving as symmetrically as possible.

I find that dualies help improve my left hand co-ordination and I get better solo left hand scores afterwards.

Also, you should be looking to get something like a 26k dualie score now too.

I've decided that i want to have a few goes at dual run when i get into a hot mode tonight, as my score is a bit embarrasing considering my solo hand speed scores.

I'm looking for a 26k run if possible.

Haha. Funny thing is i totally forgot to have a go at dual run, but i did manage to get another 14k score with my right and break my left record.

The scores i got were:
right: 14025
left: 13311 (new record)

Unfortunately i'm on a bit of a cold mode at the moment - and had a sesh last night.
I decided to record anything over 13.6k on right and over 13k on left what i got was:

RH (in order of achievement) 13620 13824 13619 13839 13720 13718

LH 13020


I just hope i can get somewhere near my high score soon.

I've had a thought, i have a video of a 138xx run, and i have a powerball with 14025 on it (stupid me deleted my 14146 run, so this is the highest score i have on any of my powerballs.), i might submit that as 98% just untill i can get a video of a new score.

I remembered there was a live comp on gyrotek tonight, so i thought i would have a shot at tgetting some scores, and with a bit of luck and a bit of encouragement (thanks Pete) i had my best session for a long while. i got:

Speed:
RH - About 30 scores above 13.8k, best being 14038
LH - A few scores above 13k, best being 13261

30s:
Had one go at it, managed to get 6274 - not too far away from my record.

90s:
New record! I got 17573 - well chuffed.

Yeah I've hit some form.You certainly have. You're hitting very similar form to me when I was fast approaching 14k. I think I hit 17.8k 90s first, then 14k speed, then 18k 90s. Then things slowed down, but I hope they don't for you. ;)

Hey guys, i had a bit of a record breaking session today. I got a new record for 30s, 90s and LH speed. It went like this.

LH speed:
13430 - up by 119

30s
6368 - up by 2 revs :p

90s
17790 - up by 217 revs

Unfortunately i didnt get a new high score with my right hand, which is the one i really wanted, i seemed to be doing ok with it, i got two scores over 14k - 14043 and 14098, but after i did the 90s my right hand just seemed to stop, and i could get the speed with it anymore - i think the best i did post 90s was 13900 exactly.

Well, even with 3 broken powerballs. i decided to have a go and see what i could do. From cold i was able to sneak over 13k - 13043, which surprised me a little because i don't often get over 13k when cold even when my powerball isnt broken.

So i decided to continue, i got a whole load of scores in the 13.2-13.3k range, and a couple in the 13.4k. The highest i managed was 13615.

I was feeling pretty good today - so i reckon the broken rotor is costing me around 500 - 600 rpm. When my new rotors come hopefully i'll be able to produce some more 14k+ scores. :)

Awesome cold score on a bad ball - biggest I made was 13336 and that was on a good one so thats awesome.

I'm sure when you get them fixed you'll get into the top100 for sure :)

I'm stuck with broken 250hzs right now too, it really sucks. Great speed runs though, I was happy when I got 13k on a cracked rotor. :rolleyes:

Ordered me up some spares last week as I'm running out of 'New' Powerballs and I don't want to be stuck without any good ones.

Well, my new rotors came today and i had a pretty good session:

Started off by trying all 3 to see what they were like - neon was smooth, No.1 ball was fairly smooth, but my No.2 ball was soooooo smooth, i swear its smoother now then it was when i bought it. Brilliant.

After a few scores around the 13.3k-13.4k with no.1 ball, my scores started to rise.

I recorded 13665 with no.1 ball and a couple of 13.4k scores with my no.2 ball. Then suddenly i jumped up to 13997 with no.1 ball.

I then tried my no.2 ball and got 13.8k. After a few more goes i finally got over 14k again with 14023. I was pretty pleased but i still dont think im up to my best yet - i'm going to have another go tomorrow to see if i can get the 14162 to get into the top 100.

Just had a few goes on the live competition, and the result wasn't encouraging.

Managed a cold score of 12550 which is pretty good for me, so i was looking forward to a good sesh.

Exept i could only go as high as 13724 - 400rpm away from my record :(
And then on the last run, i managed to rip a chunk of skin off my palm where the counter goes, so I will be out of action for another week or so:mad:

The only silver lining was that i managed to get over 13k with my left again - 13083. I know its a few hundred away from my record, but i was happy to go over again after not doing so for a long time.

Haha one step at a time eh.

Wont be powerballin for a few days - my hands are pretty shredded - need to get the skin at the pressure points to harden again.

I'll have a go at strength next hot mode - i think those scores need a bit of an update.

Right couple of things:
I picked up the powerball after getting out the shower and produced my highest ever cold score (14099) so i thought i might be on for a good few runs - only managed to get about 10 scores in the 14.1 - 14.3k range so i thought i would have a go at some strength because my strength records are older than the dinosaurs!

New 30s record - 6403 (+35) Score disappeared before i could run and get a camera :(

New 90s record - 17807 (+17) got pic

And also a pic of 14487 i keep meaning to upload.

You sound like me. Generally over 60s or 30s my left definitely holds me back. Sometimes it even does over 90s I think.

Mind you, last night I hit 16.6k 90s LH, but couldn't go the distance RH! :confused:

and 14500 speed
