Waiting red neon pro

i bought the red neon pro 10 days ago, and a day after, i saw that there was no longer red neon pro, and we could't bought it.I'm still waiting my powerball and, i send e-mail but i have no answers. Does someone knows something about the red neon pro ?

The neon red pro is temporarily out of stock, although I'm not sure when they sold the last one. You will need to confirm with RPM whether or not yours has been sent.

Can you please send an email / PM to me with the name under which you placed the order and I will confirm this for you.

If the order could not be fulfilled you should have received an email and the funds charged would have been returned. In this case I'm guessing that the order has simply been delayed or is waiting in your local post office for you.
