nope, not by a human anyway, not physically possible i reckon, a machine specilized for powerballs could do it ( if it existed )

i recall Akis to spin up the lighweight beta edition to 18*** rpms.
so i guess it would be VERY hard and impressive to a human to spin up a powerball to 18k.

Quite a few people have done 18k, but not rpm.
