Hi there,
I've read a few reports about scratching sounds but mine happened really quickly so i can't pinpoint whats caused it.
I only got the powerball yesterday, it's great fun by the way, and it sounded perfectly smooth. My flatmate's powerball that he's had for a few weeks sounded a little but more warn but they sounded very similar.
I used it quite a lot yesterday and then left it for a little while.. It now sounds quite bad all of a sudden.
as soon as start rotating my wrist i can hear a scratching which is quite loud and it continues all the way to the high RPMs... im getting to about 10k and I can still hear it next to the whirring of the gyro. It sounds a lot worse than my flatmates does, It hasn't been subjected to any large bangs or drops.
My flatmate thinks it is just the powerball working itself since it's never been used. But it just seems odd it came on all of a sudden.
Any ideas appriciated.
