This is concerning the 90s Strength league.

I was wondering if every submission needed video evidence or just if you get high up on the board?

I am by no means an authoritive figure here but I would of thought that video evidence would settle any disputes regarding accusations of cheating. (I have seen a video of cheating a powerball, possibly on this site somewhere.)

The rules states that video evidence is required for all scores over 17000. (This was instigated when 17000 was considered a really good score. Now more and more people are achieveing it...at some point the requirement will probably change to 17500, or even 18000.)

I think the rules are all written down on the submission form.
