I'm training every other day approximately 1,5 hour(i can't get into hotmode in less than hour). Do you think that is too much? :confused: I'm practicising powerballing circa 4 weeks, but i'm not a beginner in developing forearm streght.

If you're not suffering then that's not too much. I'm the same, and need at least an hour or two to get into Hot Mode. I sometimes spin idly for hours at a time, and it keeps me injury-free. Only if I stop for weeks, and then have a hard session, do I suffer afterwards.

what's hot mode?
An expression used to describe being particularly on form. Sometimes you might find you can't achieve very good scores, other times you'll find it easy and you'll smash your records. That's "Hot Mode". :)

Wouldn't it be awesome to have an extra option on the counter: use the FCN button to switch from endurance mode to speed mode to hot mode... ;)

thanks for telling me - glad that's cleared up!
Incidentally, I must have been in hot mode today, because I broke 13k for the 1st time after a week of misery (ie not improving)
