Hi to everybody,

Just taken delivery of my new neon red Powerball amd already hit 10037rpm. Totally wicked.
Does anyone know wat the max rpm you can expectfrom a neon 250Mhz?

Hi Steve, and welcome.

First, it's a 250Hz, not 250MHz...that would just be insane! ;) Second, 10k on your first day is pretty good. At best I would say 12k in anywhere from a week to a month perhaps, depending on your persistence, (though some hit over 13k straight away...people like that are just freaks though!) ;)

The max...well, Akis has achieved over 15.5k with a Neon I think,and Bjorn did 15.2k the other night I think. A few others have reached the high 14ks. That's with quite a bit of practice though.

Well purely theoretically.. it beeing a 250hz (250 turns per second) That is 15000 rpm (250*60), but u can go faster than that, just look at Akis, with his 16000 rpm scores. Noone really knows how fast the powerball can go.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the warm welcome. Sorry about my slip but think it it were 250Hhz. wouldn't that be reaally cool ha ha.
Anyway I'm totally adicted already. just reached 10520 tonight but ouch the pain! I'll have to ease back a bit. Funny though I can't get beyond 8600 with my left hand. Got to work on my technique. Still not bad for a 51 year old.

Yeah I learned first hand don't do to much powerballing had to take a couple days off and 10520 is pretty good for 51

Powerball is so cool in the respect it appeals to all ages. You've got youngster in their teens like Skyler getting great scores all the way through to those over 50 picking it up. My dad is now addicted aswell at the age of 51 after i posted him my neon blue ball.
