My powerball is 3 weeks old and used to work fine but now it doesn't vibrate its outer shield even in 10000+ rpms I can just get it to a really high rpm and put it on a table by side and the inner core continues to rotate without moving the outer shell. It just accelerates and sounds fine as I said, but since the vibration is gone all I need to do is to spin it and it does not put the pressure in my arm as it used to do. I think somehow the calibration inside gained perfect balance. If you know can you please tell me what to do?

Thanks.

Hmm...it more sounds like the friction between support band and inner platter has been affected in some way I think.

Have you tried to open him up and look inside? It may just require a good clean depending on the environment in which you have been using it Tan...please consult here (http://www.powerballs.com/faq.php?q=21) for more details)

Thanks for your reply Rory. Since I neither have the courage or the necessary tools (ie. a wrench) to open my ball I will continue to spin it using other styles. By the way, after a second look I realised it looks quite dusty inside... still operates nice though.

i found a tool in the garge it looks like a flat head screw driver but shaped like a L i put the flat head slit right between the 2 halves and turn the screw driver and boom off in not even a second i made sure i saved that tool in my toolbox just for my powerball :D
