For the first time, I've had to use my powerballs to rehab a shoulder / collar bone injury. I was unable to lift my arm at all last weekend, I could barely put on a shirt. After 15 minutes of just low speeds, I noticed I could move my arm 100% more. I could actually lift my arm overhead. It has really helped to loosen it up. I think it will take about 1 month to recover.
It's amazing how great these things are - for so many reasons. 14K just got pushed back for me though.... I was getting so close too.

Hullo there "Mr.Charlie", I've an imminent op on my shoulder!
A Bankarts repair on my shoulder, which I dislocated in a prang on my VTR1000(as was, written off now, the only crash I've not been able to walk away from(rumour had it I was dead!)). Apparently after an MRI scan I have "whole of the anterior labrum is avulsed with a component which extends into a SLAP lesion superiorly. Also noted was a Hill Sachs lesion.":(
Should be under the knife in late Jan. early Feb., with a 6-8 week total lay off, all things going well.
Will let you know as and when, f**k knows I won't have a lot else to do! ;)

Sorry, got a little self absorbed there!
Glad to here the ball has helped your recovery, I've had other injuries/ailments that I've found Powerballing's helped too. Wonderful little tool! :D
