powerball techno problem

hello i am french and you are my last solution !!!!!:D

so , after my powerball flashing with the 3 leds i can't read my score because it turn on the 2 axes and i can't read my score !!!!!:mad:

what i must doing to stop the rotation of 1 axe to read the score ?

please .... help me !!!!:eek: :eek: :eek:

Try setting it loosely in your hand (over a soft surface just in case!), or letting it hang from the wrist cord and you should be able to read the score.

maybe the powerball is too new ?
