Hi, I'm a new PB owner - my lovely new Blue Neon Pro arrived this morning, and after a few minutes trying to figure out what to do with the nice red bits of string (then I decided to read the instructions ;)), I figured out how to start it....ooooh! Pretty blue lights! :D

I've got a thing about neon blue things, and of course it was the colour that first attracted me to it, but then I read about the exercise benefits and I was sold.

I'm a web designer and spend a very large part of each day at the keyboard, so neck and shoulder pain are an occupational hazard, not helped at all by the fact that I also have rotator cuff weakness, a trapped ulna nerve in my left arm, and fibromyalgia. With fibromyalgia anything high impact is out, so the PB seems like the ideal solution. My physio exercises are unbelievably dull and boring, and I must admit I don't do them as often as I should, but already today after using the PB a few times for a couple of minutes today, my shoulders aren't feeling as stiff. I've started off very slowly and tried to restrain myself from playing with my new PB too much (those lovely neon blue lights!) - muscle fatigue is a constant problem with fibromyalgia - but with my strange mix of ailments, I'm wondering if there's any particular technique that's recommended? I've done a little of the deltoid and pectoral ones, but I'm wondering if it's best to do a little of each?

Day 1 though, and I'm already addicted! (Did I mention I love those pretty blue lights? <hehe>)
