So, every once in a while when someone has a damaged part or something from dropping a shell or a worn out support bad, Enda chimes in and asks to e-mail repairs at powerballs.com e-mail with everything that's written on the grip band and a link to the thread.
Well here's my problem, after a lot of use, my favorite powerball has lost all of the writing on the grip band, it's just worn off except for the very bottom of the letters, same with the metal. So, if I wrote an e-mail, it would look something like this.
hello repairs:
my shell has a deep dent that I couldn't get out with 3 min of 10krpm powerball spinning, the exact writing on the band is __ _ _ ___ _ _ _ _ ____ _ _ _ __ __ _
thanks,
Weee
Otherwise, I have no problems with my powerballs! and every time I do so far, replacement parts have been sent out right away, thanks!
