I have only had my powerball a few hours (Xmas present) and the display has failed. I have tried all the checks and removed the batteries but it still doesn't work. As it is a Christmas present I have no recipt, does this mean I have to buy a new display??

Sorry to hear of this inconvenience. Please email maria<remove>@<remove>powerballs.com with your name/address details plus the type of Powerball you own (just let her know the text on the grip band) and she will arrange a replacement counter by return.
