Hello, i have a question/problem with my powerball

Hello, i have recently purchased a powerball to be exact one week ago.

my problem is evry time i take my powerball for a spin it makes a knocking noise when i move my wrist it goes knock evry time. i have been able to get it up to 13164 rpm 3 days after i buoght it but now i cant even get over 9k my question is anyone know what is wrong? its also makeing a grinding noise like a bike at high speed, this happens at around 6k speed.

its a 250hz PB-188LC green light + counter

oke i have made a video dont watch the screen cus the cam cant keep the speed of my hand but the sound is exactly what it sounds like.
this whas 6000 constant to 8000 rpm

Ok. i saw the video... and yes, it sounds pretty bad.....
So.. you may have a look here (http://www.powerballs.com/faq.php?q=21).
There you will find instructions about how to open your powerball.
you should look for dent´s on the rim of halfes, you should check the rotor too, look for cracks in the center of the rotor, near the metal axle.

well i got a problem i dont have a vise and i cannot get the freaking ball open i could go to a shop that imports these near my house maybe they will be able to fix it but damn :( this is bad news

well, if you dont have a vice, there are other ways to open the ball.
The one i use its pretty simple.

Step 1: remove the gripband and the screws of the powerball.
Step 2: allign the axle of the rotor with the screw holes.
Step 3: put the ball on the floor (so the side of tha ball is against the floor).
Step 4: Gently stand on it, it should POP right away.

Btw how much do you weight?

84 kg i decided im not yet gonna open it my friend has a vise i like it better if its done like that :p + i still have 4 days left on returning the product in the store where i buoght them they import nsd pwrballs so i could just get a complete new one gonna do that tommorow and if that fails ill pop it open at my friends place.

okido :) they opened it up in the store and the rotor had 3 minor cracks in it they gave me a new one :D first spin i did in the store with it 13k :D lovely
