Hi, I have had a Powerball Techno for quite a while now. Just recently it has refused to show me a score. I start the rotor as usual, and the lights come on, but as i slow down they all go out and no score is shown :confused: This is rather frustrating because it sounds as though it is going very fast compared to my neon blue one, but I cant get a score to verify it. I think I may need a new rotor, or someway of resetting it.

Any Ideas?

Hey.
I emailed the above address on the 4th December, with the exact same wording as my first post, but have not heard anything back in 2 weeks. What is taking them so long? Enda, can you please advise on what to do now?

I emailed the above address on the 4th December, with the exact same wording as my first post, but have not heard anything back in 2 weeks.Sorry to hear about that, but it could be that the email never arrived due to the SPAM filters.

Could you try again please, and copy the email to scoreadmin@powerballs.com, (which I can check), and if I receive it in there I'll forward it to repairs@powerballs.com.
