How over 12K ??

I´ve got my powerball less then month. But I can´t get over 12K barriere. My record is 11671. And in 90sec I´ve got 14170. I´ve spinning over 11K for last 14 days but can´t broke it....dammed. Do you have some special techniques?
Do You think, that in time I´ll broke it? I feel that my muscle is stronger then few weeks ago...
P.S. sorry for my english I´m not from english speaking country...

Hello LuckyR and dWelcome to the Forum.
i think you are going to get to the 12k in a little while.
Remember to take a few days off powerballing, this way your muscles can recover from the exercise that powerball is doing to them.
Try this, am sure you´ll get a surprise.

If you take a break from Powerballing for a few days then you will allow your muscles to relax again and should begin getting higher scores once you go back to training.

Another option is to vary your use of the Powerball, and start doing some ensurance sessions keeping the Powerball at 7-10,000rpm for as long as possible.

After a few of these you should notice some improvements.

I got stuck just under 12k and it took me a little while to get over it. At the time I didn't think I could do it, but I did. Your technique will get better and better the more you use the Powerball. Whenever you get stuck at a score, just keep trying, and you will eventually break it. :)

Adrena1n is spot on. I recently got stuck at a score for ages and then suddenly it just clicked and beat it easily.

Same with me. Got stuck on 12001 for a long while before i took a brake and came back to break my record...
