I love my metal Powerball but i've had problems with the rubber grip from day 1. If I get anywhere near the 9000 mark it just slips off (very annoying). I get around this by removing my 250hz band and using that. It holds much better but is far from ideal, I feel I shouldn't have to do this. I know powerballs offer free replacement parts and although not bought from powerballs.com (e-bay) I'm certain they are both genuine products. I want bands and other bits washers etc, several of each and am happy to pay. I know the arguments for and against the purchase of these items, but is it ever gonna happen. I feel you're really missing a trick here. It's such a great product, thats what make this issue a real shame.

If your powerball is from RPM Spors, then i guess the guarantee covers you to get a new gripband for your powerball...;)

We will have the parts shortly. I'm working on the ordering section at present and will put it live in the next 1-2 days.

You should try washing your Metal grip-band in warm (not hot) water with soap and allow it to dry. Also clean the outside of your Metal with a clean cloth and this should improve it.

If not, then you can email repairs@powerballs.com for a replacement.

Regards

Thats great news, thanks for the replies. My balls came from Stephen Knox (e-bay) he states they are covered by your guarantee. I will however try the washing tip first. I've also just ordered 2 signature series off him. There goes my Christmas money.. Thanks again
