View Full Version : Repairs
I sent an email to you a few days ago, and it wasn't answered. I know how prompt your answers usually are, so I assume it was swallowed up by your spam filter. The point is that I sent my neon red pro in for repairs about 7 or 8 weeks ago. I included a letter describing the problem and my return address. I haven't heard from anyone or gotten it back yet, so I was wondering when I might be expecting it back.

Hi Paul - and thank you for this message. I have cut your email address from the posting (we don't want you in the same boat with all that spam) and will have one of my girls (grief, it sounds like we are running a hareem over here! :-) get in touch with you about this shortly - thanks Paul and our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. With kindest regards, Rory
Thanks Rory!
I appreciate the quick response!

I had a slight delay when i sent mine for repair (just over 2 weeks) but i would like to point out this was no fault of the powerball people, it just simply got delayed in the post and didnt arrive with them for quite a while, i imagine customs may have wondered what it was! but i kept in touch by phone and email and they were very helpfull, infact i must send an email to say i got it back and thanks , although i just said it here but they might not read it! when they did get it, it was repaired and returned within 4 days! to save you any worry, i advise getting proof of postage incase it does get lost in the post (it does happen) something i stupidly forgot to do, so for about a week i was panicking i would never see my powerball again, even the post office said it should have arrived by now so i was sure it was, so went an ordered a new one! if i had the proof of postage and it trully was lost in the post, it would be up to the post office to refund me, also if, like me, you are addicted to it and dont have a spare, send it priority post, first class, airmail, whatever the quickest method is, because you WILL suffer from withdrawal symptons!!!

Speaking of customs, i flew to england the other week (and took my powerball of course :) ). My bag got picked out, and i had two guys asking me what the powerball was haha. They even wanted me to start it, so i did a smooth little flick start and started it up for a little demo :)
The guy was an idiot cos he just kept on asking me if you could charge your phone with it, and after repeatedly telling him that i didnt have the adapter and that charging phones isnt the point he still didnt get it.
I was smiling all the way home, and of course ready for some more powerballing as soon as i got there hehe
