Can anyone explain to me how strength index works I am trying but the best I can get is 4000 on 30s is that normal????

Strength index works the average revs over the given time. Your 4,000 for 30 seconds would give you an average rpm of 8,000. The 60 second will give you your average in rpm and the 90 will give you 1.5* average rpm, i.e. 15,000 on a 90 will give you an average rpm of 10,000. :cool:
