Iron power problem:(

Hello everyone,

I;ve just received my ******** today. It was all perfect untill I dropped it (not from more than 1/2 meter) it kindda stopped working so smoothly...now it is very very hard to start it even with a cord...What should I do? Please tell me, I feel so bad..

What are these reasons? Damn...I hope I didnt breake it by this dropping...:(:(

The product is not one of ours and so is not supported by our warranty. You will generally dMge the product by dropping it and so the only advice I can give is for you to contact your retailer and see if they can help you.

I've got one of those, and I dropped mine once too. Does it have the Force2 Heavy Rotor in it? When I dropped mine the rotor axle broke clean through the plastic track on the inner groove of the casing.

Unscrew it and see if there's damage, then as Enda said, get back to the suppliers and see if you can get a replacement. (You should be able to...they were helpful towards me when I wanted a new rotor for mine.)
