I've got quite a new 250Hz which emits a "buzzing" noise at high-ish (around 12,000) revs. One of the holes in the rotor band appears to be stretched, so I'm wondering if this is causing the noise?
I've not used this new 250Hz much, and think it was like it when I bought it. Can I return the band for a replacement please?
