After *ahem* dropping my friend's powerball (his birthday present), I offered to get it repaired. The powerball people told me to send it in, so I did. But it's 5 months later and I haven't received the powerball back. It's pretty embarassing that it's taking so long because it's not even my powerball!
When I e-mail them asking for the status, they don't reply.
Is this normal? What can I do?
I bet it's France Powerball, just call them

Yup, France. They notorious for not replying to e-mail?
I guess I just have to suck it up with the time difference and wake up at 6am to call :P And brush up on my spoken french, doh!
