Had my powerball for 3 days! And its great I love it, but the counter has just gone off and won't turn back on, and i dont have a clue why, its really frustrating because i think i broke the 11k mark today, but i cant be sure.

Same thing happened to mine! Its a great product but the counter stopped working pretty soon after I got it. I was disappointed. I'm still using it though since i'm addicted! I have read that I can send my counter back and it will be replaced, how long will I have to wait to recieve my new counter? I cant wait to see the sort of scores i'm getting.

Hello Anish - thanks for the post and sorry to hear of your misfortune, we try to get a replacement counter out on the same day we receive your correspondence.
In truth, this can happen from time to time, but we sell hundreds of thousands of the splendid spheres and the failure rate is now less than 0.1% (you have become a statistic Anish! :-) so you have been unfortunate in this instance I'm afraid.
Please stand by however, if you have already requested a new counter then the replacement should be with you shortly. Regards Rory
